Mobile-First Design for SEO

Since 2019, Googlebot primarily crawls the mobile version of a website. If your mobile experience is an afterthought, your rankings will reflect that.

The Content Parity Rule

One of the biggest mistakes SEOs make is hiding content on mobile to "save space." If it's not on your mobile page, Googlebot doesn't see it—even if it's prominently displayed on desktop. Ensure your H1s, internal links, and primary body copy are identical across devices.

Responsive vs. Adaptive

We strongly recommend Responsive Design. This means the same HTML is served to all devices, and CSS media queries adjust the layout. It's the most efficient way to manage SEO equity across one URL.
